Who I help

You can be capable, driven, and accomplished—and still feel stuck. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of leadership, building a business, or navigating a season when the way you’ve always pushed through is no longer working. You want to move forward with clarity, without losing yourself in the process.

I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and people pursuing meaningful growth understand what’s holding them back and take practical steps toward what matters most. With five years of coaching experience and firsthand knowledge of business and entrepreneurship, I understand that the challenges you bring to coaching rarely stay neatly separated into “work” and “life.”

Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and somatic-informed. That means we make room for how your experiences have shaped you and pay attention to what your body may be telling you about stress, pressure, and change. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build awareness, and turn insight into action at a pace that supports lasting growth.

Background

I hold a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary and a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia. I also serve as head cross-country coach of the Sun City Harriers. Whether I’m coaching runners or working with a business leader, I care about helping people grow through a combination of challenge, encouragement, and respect for where they’re starting.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll start where you are, clarify where you want to go, and identify your next step.

Outside of coaching, you’ll often find me exploring somewhere new. I own a company in the Philippines and travel there two to four times a year, finding fun places to stop along the way. Closer to home, I love cheering on my four kids in their sports, hiking and running in the mountains, and walking my two dogs, Jakob and Dibabba—both named after world-record runners. Adventure, family, and time outdoors are some of the ways I stay grounded and energized.
